Should you currently have service providers that you would like to continue to use, that is fine. We can establish a relationship with them and manage them as and when services are required. If you are looking to make some changes, we can utilise the services of our long-standing service partners and bring them on-board to meet your requirements.

The process on how it works is simple:
- Contact us to organise an initial meeting to discuss and establish what’s important to you, your requirements and long-term objectives, as well as those services you would like us to engage and manage.
- Provide you with our management cost structure and form a service agreement that all future works can be based on.
- Establish a structure of contact and communication with your business.
- Source the relevant service providers, obtain propositions or quotes and present these to you.
- Once the right service provider is engaged, we will manage the implementation of services and all on-going works, based on your Key Performance Indicators (KPI) or the relevant Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Any future amendments to scope of works or pricing will be reviewed by us and presented for your approval on proceeding or not.
